VIDEO: Rockets’ James Harden throws a no-look lob to Clint Capela

James Harden, who has been shouldering the brunt of the Houston Rockets’ scoring output this season, still has the ability to produce highlight-reel passes with regularity.

As evidence, he pulled off a sweet no-look lob to Clint Capela in Houston’s game against the Sacramento Kings on Monday night.

This season, Harden is leading the NBA in minutes per game (37.6) and scoring (38.5), including leading the league in a bevy of volume-focused statistics.

Though The Beard is shooting a career-low 33.9 percent from downtown on a bonkers 14 attempts per game, his true shooting percentage is actually the highest of his career at 62.6 percent due to shooting a lofty 87.6 percent from the free throw line – where he is getting up over 14 free throws a game.

Harden’s 60.3 percent free throw rate is the highest of his career, which is surprising considering his career has seemingly been defined by his ability to absorb contact and benefit greatly from the fouls he draws.
