NBA Hall of Famer Grant Hill is bullish on the Houston Rockets’ chances to win the 2020 title down in Orlando, Florida at Walt Disney World.
During an interview with NBA TV on Wednesday, Hill said the Rockets — led by MVPs James Harden and Russell Westbrook — are “a dangerous team that nobody wants to play.”

Hill touched on Harden and his incredible body transformation. The Rockets’ leading scorer lost a ton of weight during the NBA hiatus.
Now, we’ll have to see if all that work will pay off in the playoffs, where Harden has gotten tired in previous years.
Before the season was suspended in March, Harden was leading the NBA in scoring for the third consecutive year. The Beard was averaging 34.4 points, 6.4 rebounds and 7.4 assists in 61 games for the Rockets while shooting 43.5 percent from the field, 35.2 percent from beyond the arc and 86.1 percent from the free-throw line.
Westbrook, meanwhile, was putting up 27.5 points, 8.0 boards and 7.0 assists in his first season with the Rockets after having a legendary run with the Oklahoma City Thunder. The former MVP was shooting 47.4 percent overall, 25.4 percent from deep and 77.7 percent from the charity stripe. Westbrook also racked up 21 double-doubles and eight triple-doubles.
Before the 2020 playoffs start, the Rockets will face the Dallas Mavericks, Milwaukee Bucks, Portland Trail Blazers, Los Angeles Lakers, Sacramento Kings, San Antonio Spurs, Indiana Pacers and Philadelphia 76ers in the seeding games. It will be a good opportunity for Harden and Westbrook to knock off the rust after not playing in a game since March.
