Report: No concern over minor leg injury for Chris Paul
There wasn’t much talk about Chris Paul’s leg after Wednesday night’s game, but it was clear in the 4th quarter that something on his leg was bothering him.
At times he was showing a slight limp on the court, and he looked like he had lost a little step, but inside the organization, there isn’t any concern. According to Tim MacMahon of ESPN, a source for the Rockets said that his leg is fine.
Asked if there is any concern about Chris Paul’s leg, which had a wrap on it late in last night’s win, a Rockets source texted: “No, he’s fine.”

That’s really good news for the Rockets because now is when the series starts to get even more difficult, and they are going to have their hands full.
Paul hasn’t exactly been stellar in this series against the Golden State Warriors, but losing him would be a big blow to the Rockets chances.
He played 34 minutes in Game 2 putting up 16 points, six assists, four rebounds, and three steals. Paul has really struggled with his shot from deep going 3-12 from long range.
In Game 2 the big difference for the Rockets was their ball movement. They still played the iso ball, but they also did a better job of getting the shooters open from deep, something that didn’t happen in Game 1.
One of the best passes of the night came from Paul. As he drove on a fast break, he kicked it out to PJ Tucker, who was wide open from deep and nailed it.

He still only finished the game with six assists, but he seemed to be making the right pass more often, and that was a big key for the Rockets.
