The police have confirmed Houston Rockets star James Harden’s presence at a fight incident at the Scottsdale nightclub over the weekend.

As reported by BrieAnna J Frank of Arizona Republic, Scottsdale police spokesman officer Kevin Watts said that the investigation is still ongoing and they can’t confirm Harden’s exact role in the incident, which happened at around 2:30 a.m.

Other reports reveal that a woman was recording the scuffle before Harden approached her, grabbed her wrist, then the phone, and threw it onto a roof. She added that Harden’s crew offered her $200 for the phone. Later, Harden himself offered $300.

Below is the said video as posted by TMZ Sports:

The incident occurred at The Mint nightclub in downtown Scottsdale, Arizona. Prior to stepping foot in the NBA, Harden played college basketball at Arizona State in nearby Tempe, Arizona.

Both the Rockets and Harden’s camp were sought for comment but have not yet responded.
