PJ Tucker speaks out on attending Kobe Bryant memorial

PJ Tucker, Rockets, Lakers, Kobe Bryant

Houston Rockets forward PJ Tucker was among the many past and current NBA players to attend the memorial of Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant on Monday.

Tucker was joined at Staples Center by Rockets teammates Russell Westbrook and James Harden, who both had a special and close relationship with the Lakers icon.

Just like Magic Johnson, everyone who was at Staples Center or watched online was blown away by the strength that Vanessa Bryant showed.

However, it still doesn’t seem real that the Lakers great is not with us anymore. While his spirit no doubt lives among us, basketball and life in general won’t be the same without the Black Mamba.

The same goes for Gigi Bryant. She loved basketball just like her dad and was on her way to becoming a special players.

That being said, the best thing people can do to honor Gianna and Kobe Bryant is by working hard and living every moment to the fullest, which is the example they have set.

LeBron James and the Lakers currently have the best record in the Western Conference. Fans are hoping the Purple and Gold franchise can capture banner No. 17 this season in honor of Kobe and Gianna.

Russell Westbrook, James Harden and PJ Tucker will surely be motivated to lead the Rockets on their own championship run for Kobe.
