Kevin Durant, Draymond Green nearly cussed out reporter over Rockets question
The Golden State Warriors are currently the defending NBA champions. Before the Warriors even attempt to repeat as champions, they will face a variety of tough competitors en route to claiming another championship trophy.
Out of those competitors, it is pretty clear that the Houston Rockets can become a viable threat to the Warriors’ championship hopes. The Rockets have beat the Warriors twice this season, both in convincing fashions. The Rockets are built similarly to the Warriors, mind you. Their offense is built to run with the Warriors’ and their defense has improved tremendously. While the Warriors are still likely to win the title this year, the Rockets will do their best to dethrone them.
Before the All-Star break, the Rockets took the Western Conference’s top seed from the Warriors, and now the media has begun hounding the Warriors with questions about their potential playoff matchup. This has started to irritate Warriors players, namely Draymond Green and Kevin Durant, who reportedly almost cussed out a reporter who tried to ask one of those questions.
On ESPN Chris Haynes said KD and Draymond nearly cussed him out when he suggested Houston might be a threat to them

The Warriors have maintained that they are simply not worried about the Rockets. Rightfully so, everyone should take this as a warning.
Last season, the Cavaliers split the season series with the Warriors, and looked like a challenge. In the NBA Finals, this proved to be quite the contrary, and the Warriors destroyed them, looking invincible the entire way. Not many people believe that the Rockets can defeat the Warriors, but after the defending champions went 16-1 in the postseason last year, many people are just relieved that the Warriors have a fitting challenger in the ring for a change.
