Houston Rockets’ first-round pick Jalen Green likes to play with a little bit of a chip on his shoulder. He has been reported multiple times saying that he thought he deserved to be the number one pick in this past Summer’s NBA Draft. Although he wasn’t the first pick of the NBA draft he was able to dunk it on the Detroit Pistons first pick, Cade Cunningham.
Jalen Green let off a monster slam as he drove past Cunningham and then screamed at him after the play in excitement.

In the contest, Rockets Jalen Green went 8-20 from the field and finished with 23 points. Pistons Cade Cunningham went 8-18 from the field and had 20 points.
This was a positive sign for the Pistons as this was Cunningham’s best game as an NBA player so far. It was only against the Rockets but they’re still excited
Cade was able to come away with the win against Houston but Jalen Green definitely had the final laugh. This is going to be an interesting little rivalry that they have going for the future. The NBA world will be able to see this for hopefully the next 15 plus years. Cunningham is 1-0 versus Green and you know that both of them are going to keep a tally of that record.
The rivalry between the two is all fun and games. After the play, they’re both seen smiling and having a good time together. Both players are extremely talented and our future stars in this league. It will be interesting to see if they stay in Detroit and Houston.
