Winds of change are blowing through New York City, especially at Madison Square Garden. With the New York Knicks recently signing Scott Perry as general manager of the team and Steve Mills and President of Basketball Operations, the tandem of Perry and Mills has made it clear that he wants to rebuild the team with a young defensive core, with or without star forward Carmelo Anthony on the team.
